nope.. i asked that question of the trainers.. about how to
approach superiors who are clearly in need of counselling...
they didn't have a clue what to do..
as always, they figure it's a top-down thing.. we're to provide
counselling to our subordinates..
the bosses who are psychotic, will remain psychotic.. 
So it means that people high up the corporate ladder don't
really have anyone to turn to for support..... sad!
